At Carmotocovers©, we strive to provide high-quality custom-fit covers for your vehicles. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are committed to addressing them fairly. Below is our return policy to ensure both customer satisfaction and fairness to our business.
1- Eligibility for Returns
Custom-made covers are non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged, or do not fit the vehicle based on the measurements provided by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your cover if there are any issues.
Covers must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
2- Conditions for Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product, or if the cover does not match the dimensions or fabric you ordered, we will gladly replace the product or issue a refund.
In such cases, we will cover all shipping costs, including return and replacement shipping fees.
You must provide photos and detailed descriptions of the defect or misfit so we can assess the issue.
3- Non-Returnable Conditions
Covers cannot be returned if the wrong measurements were provided by the customer. We highly encourage you to follow our measuring guide carefully to ensure an accurate fit.
Normal wear and tear, weather damage, or misuse of the cover will not be grounds for a return or refund.
Customized orders with special requests beyond our standard offerings are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
4- Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@carmotocovers.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving approval.
Refunds or replacements will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product.
5- Refunds
For approved returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (via Stripe) within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product or defect).
6- Exchanges
If you need to exchange your cover for a different size or material due to a measurement error on our part, we will exchange the cover free of charge.
If the wrong size or material was selected during the order process, we will offer an exchange with a fee to cover the difference in product cost and additional shipping.
7- Shipping for Returns
For issues that are our responsibility (defects or incorrect orders), we will cover all shipping costs for returns and replacements.
If the return is due to the customer’s choice (incorrect measurements, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
